Mark Sholtez, a Brisbane boy, an Aussie.
His music is soulful yet laid back...well jazzy I guess.
I like his use of piano in all his tracks. He writes his own music and that's definitely a plus.

RE: Relaxed Cooking with Curtis Stone.
 

I've tested out two of the desserts from Curtis Stone's book: mini raspberry muffins and brownie cupcakes and they turned out great! And the results...

I also tried out a pasta recipe from Jamie Oliver's Ministry of Food book:
